Vivian discovered her passion for real estate after helping a close friend navigate the process of selling and purchasing a new home. That experience inspired her to earn her real estate license—and within just a few months at her former brokerage, she successfully closed her first transaction. Her early success reflects her dedication, determination, and natural ability to guide clients through every step of the process.

Vivian loves that real estate offers something new every day and provides an opportunity to help people achieve their dreams or move forward into the next chapter of their lives. A lifelong Central Massachusetts resident, she grew up in Fitchburg and now calls Gardner home. When she’s not working with clients, she volunteers on a local farm, practices jiu-jitsu, and shares her musical talents as a singer and musician at her church.
